Bio

He started his career in the US Navy where he developed and sharpened his leadership and training skills.  

After retiring, Ron joined a world-renowned leader in the renewable energy industry.  A Certified Black Belt, Advanced Lean Practitioner, and Master Trainer, he has a unique 20-year background in lean six sigma and team leader coaching.  

Ron's experience covers manufacturing, operations, and service organizations. 

He holds a BA in Business Administration from Columbia College.  

His book, Conquer Your Project! is set to be published in 2020
